The 12 Day Grapefruit Diet-Meal Plan

Quinoa is an ancient grain that has been cultivated for well over 5,000 years. It was a staple of the Incan diet, and also played an important role in their culture. It has been called the “gold of the Incas” and is commonly referred to as “the mother grain”. Until recently, quinoa was virtually unknown in the Western world. In the last few years, however, it has been growing in popularity. In fact, many people are trading their rice for quinoa. Let’s take a look at why!

However, change your habits and the weight will never come back. You can not expect to lose weight and keep it off if you just return to the way you always used to eat when the diet is over. The changes you make need to be permanent if you want to stay slim.

I knew of course, that nobody would believe a theory from someone without a medical or a science degree, let alone any connection to at least one of the ‘pseudo’ voodoo sciences prevailing today. But frankly, I didn’t care. I just wanted to cure myself. I had discovered a third option which, if it worked, would enable me to lose all the weight I wanted to lose and stop me from ever putting it back on again. That would mean I never had to feel hungry again and the cravings would be gone. Obviously, that is the choice I opted to take and so far, I have followed it, successfully…for five years.

I was past sixty, so you might think that at that age, I would have given myself permission to slip into a fat comfortable old age. Well, until that moment I had never even thought about it. What I did think was that I did not want yet another diet, I needed a permanent detophyll plan and I never wanted to have to diet again.

Why? The simple answer is, we don’t like change, even when it’s good for us. Think about it this way: you didn’t gain all of the weight in 1 week, so why would you try to lose it all in one week? It happened little by little over time – and that’s how it will come off.

Aerobic exercises are good for your ab muscles. The optimal amount is three cardio exercises a week at thirty to forty five minutes per workout. Work out your entire body and do abdominal exercises on alternating days.

Fitness is good for everyone, and you can increase your fitness by fine-tuning your routine and changing it up every now and then. You are more likely to achieve your weight loss goals if you choose enjoyable exercise programs and a healthy diet you can live with.
